NOW CLOSED Training Course for young youth workers aged 18 to 25 in Mlynky, Slovakia – dates TBC. Youth leaders act as role models, as supporters and as many other roles in the complexity of youth activities. For that, they need several key competences – knowledge, skills and attitudes. With these they can lead others and themselves for a better future. This training course will focus on team leading, coaching, conflict management and effective communication.
